It could've been better but at least it was something decent to tide everyone over until the next season (and this is a necessity to watch before then so at least it's entertaining). All we really got were hints about the story (SPOILER: with the suffragettes) and not much about the characters involved. I wish there were more explanations about the case itself, though - we didn't really hear anything about either Ricoletti so the cruelty of the husband didn't matter much. I would've liked another season instead of this, of course, but considering this wouldn't have fit too well in the series - and would've let the Moriarty mystery hanging for longer - it was a good idea idea to make this movie even if we had to wait longer for season four. I can't wait to see how the hints about Sherlock's life before Watson is revealed in season four (another brother?). I loved seeing more of Moriarty, too - he's such a great character. Watching the movie the second time through is great, too, because you get to see so many hints at what the answer is (and teasers about the end of season two that we still didn't get a full answer for). I love the call-back to the original Victorian setting and the first episode. We were just like, 'Hey, we could just do it.What an enjoyable diversion from the usual Sherlock episodes.
